| After a really tough winter term, I'm currently on vacation with my boyfriend in Orlando. We'll be here until Saturday. Then I'm going home for 2 days, then back to Dartmouth for spring term. My internship in DC is now in the summer instead of the spring.
I'm excited about spring classes: international trade (econ), lab science in psych, and a German literature class called Beyond Good & Evil, taught in English. Yes, inspired by Nietzsche's Beyond Good & Evil. After my freshman seminar on Nietzsche, Kafka & Freud, I've always wanted to read more German literature. Hopefully someday I'll be able to read some of the classics auf Deutsch.
Florida weather >>>> Hanover weather. Too bad I have allergies now. Bleh.

| Home now for 2 weeks, before going to California for two debate tournaments, then back to Hanover for winter term.
I can't believe 2007 is almost over. It started out sort of a lousy year, but became noticeably better every season/term, which is how I measure periods of my life now.
I have great plans for 2008.

| Tonight/tomorrow is supposed to be the first snow of the year. I think I need to stop being in denial: winter is here already.
I can't wait until Thanksgiving, if only because it's on average at least 20 degrees warmer at home than in Hanover. But also the prospects of seeing people, some of whom I haven't seen since winter break last year, family, good food, shopping!, etc. are looking so good.
Just have to get through the next couple day first. Or just today, and the beginning of tomorrow, until 1:30.
Allie is coming to D on Saturday! So excited. =)

| Despite being extremely overstretched and overworked, I love this term.
I'm glad I'm letting myself be happy.

| Back at Dartmouth.
My room is big. The weather is beautiful (for now). Debate is intimidating but exciting. My friends are just as awesome as I remember.
That is all. Life is good. Classes start Wed.
